Being on Purpose A one day workshop that helps you and your team to achieve goals and dreams within the business and in their lives. It helps people discover what they love to do, what their strengths are, and to to develop purpose and determination. They will explore possibilities, build a vision board, develop a 5-year milestone map and a one year action plan.

Conflict Facilitation. A workshop process to assist your team to communicate around conflict areas so that listening, self expression and the dissolving of the emotional aspects can take place so that practical solutions may follow.
